Kids and kites redux

In Louisville, it was the Mayor's Hike and Bike twice a year. In Chicago, it's the Mayor's Kids and Kites Festival twice a year.

Remember that we did this event last October? We didn't make any new kites today. We just brought the ones we made last time, and Levynn let the wind have fun with hers.
