Chloe Elizabeth was born to Aunt Rachel and Uncle Andy at 6:40 a.m. EDT today. Congratulations to her loving parents and a wholehearted "welcome to the world" to the little lady whose Chicago family can't wait to see her.
She's a real cutie with light brown hair--I guess an end to the bald Chambers babies!!! Rachel says"I love her so!!" Well so do we! Can't wait for all the grandchildren to be together!
