"A very happy birthday"

That's what Lincoln called it tonight, at the end of a long day. So we'll take his word for it.

It got started like this.



Then there was a day full of playing with new toys. Thanks, everyone!



We went to Rainforest Cafe for dinner, seemingly just for its Volcano Cake.


Then we went to the Hancock Observatory to see the fireworks from new heights, and while we waited for those to start Lincoln got into his birthday construction worker suit and got busy.

Unfortunately, it was too crowded to get Lincoln on camera with the fireworks. So we just have this.



But there's always next year. He gets fireworks every birthday!
